2023 Ford Maverick Tremor Revealed

After the Ranger, F-150, and Super Duty, Ford is once more lowering the Tremor recipe for a new Maverick taste offering a variety of enhancements. The Blue Oval has redesigned the suspension to allow for alternative springs and shocks at both the front and back axles, giving the compact vehicle more than just cosmetic changes. It now rides one inch (25 millimetres) higher and has a heavy-duty gearbox cooler in addition to beefier half-shafts.

However, there’s still more. For driving off the usual route, the Maverick Tremor also has Ford’s version of a cruise control system. It’s called Trail Control and is exclusive to this version, allowing drivers to select a speed at which the small truck will travel over dirt and/or mud by automatically controlling the throttle and braking. Wrapped in all-terrain tires, the unique 17-inch alloy wheels have a dark anodized finish and Tremor Orange accents.

Maverick Tremor includes a new front grille, blacked-out Ford emblems, tinted headlights, and taillights to go along with the upgraded mechanicals. Customers can buy the vehicle with the Tremor Appearance Package, which adds black side graphics to the lower body and hood and Carbonized Gray paint to the roof and side mirror caps, for an extra fee.

When you get inside, you’ll see orange highlights on the centre console, part of the air vents, and the centre door knobs, as well as sewn Tremor logos on the Black Onyx seat upholstery.
