2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Facelift Launch in India: Price Starts at Rs 5.69 Lakh

Hyundai India has launched the 2023 Grand i10 Nios facelift in the country, with a starting price of Rs 5.69 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in four trim levels: Era, Magna, Sportz, and Asta. The 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift features the same 1.2L petrol engine as well as factory-fitted CNG variants.

Bookings for the 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift are already open, with a nominal payment of Rs 11,000 required. The new hatchback comes standard with four airbags, making it the only hatchback in its segment to do so. In terms of cosmetic changes, it has a new bumper design up front, as well as a massive black front grille. The front fascia also features new tri-arrow-shaped LED DRLs, and the vehicle rides on newly designed 15-inch alloy wheels. The rear end receives LED taillamps connected by a light bar.

The 2023 Grand i10 Nios facelift will be available in a new Spark Green colour scheme, in addition to the current five colours of Polar White, Titan Grey, Typhoon Silver, Teal Blue, and Fiery Red. It has the same 8-inch touchscreen unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, and wireless charging as the previous model. The top trims include premium features such as cruise control, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and type-C USB charging sockets.

Four airbags, ABS, and EBD are standard across the hatchback’s entire variant line-up, emphasising the importance of safety features. Furthermore, the top models will include features such as 6-airbags, ISOFIX anchorages, ESC, and hill-hold assist.

Mechanically, the 2023 Grand i10 Nios facelift retains the same 1.2L petrol engine with top power of 83 bhp and peak torque of 114 Nm. It comes standard with a 5-speed manual transmission. A 5-speed AMT unit is also available as an option. The manual variants have a mileage of 20.70 kmpl, while the automatic variants have a mileage of 20.10 kmpl. The 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine has been dropped from the hatchback. According to Hyundai, this engine now meets RDE standards, which go into effect on April 1.

The company has introduced CNG kit too with the 1.2L petrol engine. The CNG variants will have max power of 69 bhp and highest torque of 95 Nm with the manual transmission. It will have a fuel efficiency of 27.30 km/kg. Below is the 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios price:
