2023 Lamborghini Urus Facelift To Debut At Pebble Beach: Report

Two Huracan variants are also coming this year.

During a roundtable meeting with the Italian press, Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann discussed the Italian brand’s future. This included planning for the balance of the year’s product launches. According to Quattroroute, he stated that the brand was planning to reveal the updated Urus at Pebble Beach. The concours d’elegance for this year occurs on August 21.

Future Lamborghini vehicles will have advanced driver aid systems. “By the end of the decade, we want to be at Level 4,” Winkelmann said in a Quattroroute report translation.

Future Lamborghini vehicles will have advanced driver aid systems. “By the end of the decade, we want to be at Level 4,” Winkelmann said in a Quattroroute report translation.

He thinks the technology would be valuable for Lamborghini owners who drive in cities or other congested locations. The support functions, according to Winkelmann, might be included in the next-generation Urus or a prospective fourth model in the automaker’s portfolio.

The fourth model, according to Winkelmann, has not yet received approval. According to Quattroroute, he wants a high-riding 2+2 coupe with a totally electric drivetrain. This corresponds to comments made by the Italian brand’s CEO in a previous Autocar storey. “It’s a brand-new vehicle, the fourth generation. If we’re talking about a 2+2 or four-seater that’s also high off the ground and has higher ground clearance, it’s a segment we haven’t seen in decades “In an earlier interview, he stated.

Because this development car wears modest camouflage, spy images (above) provide an excellent idea of what to expect from the updated Urus. The front end sports a simpler fascia that does away with the present model’s horizontal, Y-shaped components. On the nose’s outer margins, there are now vertical inlets. Angled vents run along the ridges that lead to the base of the A-pillars on the new hood.

The back style doesn’t alter as much. The vents behind the rear wheels have been modified. The bumper has also been resculpted.

According to rumours, the twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 will remain available, albeit with a somewhat higher output than the present 641 horsepower (479 kilowatts). By the end of 2024, Lamborghini intends to offer all of its vehicles with some level of electrification. This indicates that a hybrid option is on the way, which could be a plug-in.
