Ferrari Purosangue will be unveiled to the world in September and will be manufactured in super exclusive numbers only.
Ferrari Purosangue has been the most anticipated Ferrari in years. Rightfully so. After all, Ferrari has a rich history dating back over 75 years of producing some highly exclusive and incredibly capable sports cars, and the Purosangue will be the company’s first-ever SUV. The Italians are putting the last touches on the forthcoming model that will be unveiled in September, despite the fact that purists and many devoted Ferrari fans may still be unhappy with the company’s decision to follow the SUV route. Despite the highly guarded official Purosangue photographs, a Russian automobile website has produced renders based on spy photos and teaser images.
The Ferrari Purosangue has been attempted to be represented by Kolesa without all of its covers, and it is fairly clear that rather than being a massive and muscular model, the SUV may be almost as sporty as its other siblings are or have been. The Purosangue has a low-slung silhouette that is different from normal SUVs, yes even those from traditional sports car makers like Lamborghini, therefore there may be some extremely generous borrowings from the Ferrari Roma.
The five-door Purosangue may not be there to scare as much as it will serve as a demonstration of what can be achieved when SUV and sports car design features are combined.
However, despite not having a loud exterior, it will perform well enough to earn the right to be dubbed a Ferrari. According to reports, the Purosangue will be equipped with an incredibly powerful 12-cylinder engine. Additionally, it will have all-wheel drive, and there will be ample room inside for four people.
Ferrari has already confirmed that Purosangue would only be manufactured in exclusive numbers which means the brand isn’t running for high sales volumes as Lamborghini had – or does still – with its Urus. But with a clear preference for SUV body type among customers across the world, Ferrari also didn’t want to be left wanting.
