When it comes to performance and value for the money, the KTM RC390 is a fantastic motorcycle. A strong 373 cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine with 44 HP and 35 Nm of torque is included with the motorbike. It has a 6-speed transmission and boasts to reach 100 kph in less than 6 seconds. Here’s something that’s even more incredible.
What if you could significantly resemble the fabled KTM RC8 by making this small beast look more wilder and more precise? Not only that, but the entire process costs about INR 50,000. What a fantastic opportunity for a real race rider! A fantastic answer is provided by Autologue Design.
Using the original projectors from the RC 390 itself, the kit converts the front end into something that is more reminiscent of the RC690 idea. The LEDs are now positioned vertically, while the exterior shape is from the RC8. The RC8 completely served as the inspiration for the bodywork, which has Red Bull colours and the bike’s signature sharp rear end. Even the bike has two alternative seat configurations.
The kit only adds 3 kg to the weight of the standard RC390, but you can choose to upgrade to a more expensive carbon fibre body kit, which even helps to reduce the overall weight by up to 4 kg. The bike even has a Race Dynamics ECU and a BMC air filter unit, and the parts are fabricated in-house by Taneja Aerospace.
