Ducati Streetfighter V2 Launched In India

Ducati has added a new naked motorcycle to its line of products for customers in India. The Ducati Streetfighter V2 has been introduced in India for a price of Rs. 17.25 lakh (ex-showroom). The Ducati Streetfighter V2 and the Streetfighter V4, which is much more potent and brutal, have very similar appearances. The Ducati Panigale V2’s engine and other mechanical components are the same as those found on the Streetfighter V4, despite the Streetfighter V4’s influence on the styling and appearance.

Ducati Streetfighter V2 Engine

The Ducati Streetfighter V2’s 955cc twin cylinder engine delivers 101 Nm of maximum torque at 9,000 rpm and 153 HP at 10,750 rpm. The transmission is a 6-speed unit that uses a wet clutch and the Ducati Quick Shift Up / Down EVO 2 system. It also has an anti-hopping and progressive servo system that permits some slippage when the braking torque is applied.

In comparison to the Panigale V2, the single-sided swingarm, which is also connected to the engine, is 16 mm longer. With 120/70 ZR17 at the front and 180/60 ZR17 at the back, the new Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres are mounted on five-spoke wheels on the Streetfighter V2. A pair of 320 mm discs are used in the Streetfighter V2’s M4.32 monobloc calipers, which are part of an entirely radial front system (callipers and master cylinder). The Sachs shock absorber and the 43 mm Showa BPF front fork have been calibrated specifically to increase the bike’s comfort on the road and the racetrack.

The muscular styling and superstructural components of the Ducati Streetfighter V2 make it stand out as a distinctively elegant, agile, and small motorcycle. The Ducati Streetfighter V4 has a simple appearance and a distinctive headlight that is identical to the Panigale V4’s, complete with the Joker’s trademark grin and a V-shaped DLR. The double-layer fairing that incorporates the air intake also includes the headlight.
