Grewal Custom Motorcycles’ Yamaha RX 135 is a beautiful illustration of how to adore classic style while using basic body parts. The fact that these machines are faster than what Yamaha now produces is not well known.

They performed like pocket rockets all over the Indian streets since they were lightweight and had fewer limits on fuel use and pollution. The ribbed single seat and slim rear panel give this regular RX 135 a cafe racer style, giving it a stunning streamlined appearance. In addition, the gasoline tank stands out because to its sophisticated style and sticker-free gloss black surface.

Grewal Customs’ usage of a vintage spherical headlight up front contrasts with the standard, minimal design of both ends of the suspension. The bulk of street and sport bikes currently lack this double rear shock system, with the exception of a few common cruisers and daily commuters.

While they could have employed a chopped-off version for mud protection on Indian roads, the front fender was given a voluntary miss. This engine is a jewel since the restored part could be seen proudly sparkling through the black and chrome finish. To increase grip levels, they are even utilising brand-new tyres at both ends. A front disc was also fitted by Grewal Customs to enhance the bike’s overall braking performance.

Grewal Customs has used a short length handlebar inspired by clip-ons to reverse the impact because the Yamaha RX 135 was never intended for a tight riding position. The instrument console is absent from the configuration since it would have been out of place with the aesthetically stunning construction.

A 132cc, single-cylinder engine with 14 BHP and 12.25 Nm of torque powers the Yamaha RX 135 motorcycle. In its day, the engine could be paired with a 4- or 5-speed gearbox. The claimed top speed was much over 100 kmph, producing performance comparable to that of modern 150cc bikes. This RX 135 has to be the coolest ever.
