The Royal Enfield Classic Cruiser was just unveiled by Haldankar Customs to the public. When one hears the moniker Classic, they would not think of the custom-built cruiser. The Haldankar Customs model is a pure cruiser with aesthetics that match expensive bikes like the Indian Springfield and Harley Davidson Heritage Classic, whereas RE uses the brand to present their best-selling street vehicle.
Its use of a modified swing-arm, which extends the wheelbase further to give that low slung, classic cruiser feel, makes it the most attractive motorbike in its class. With a 110mm front and 200mm rear tyre, the components chosen for this Classic 500 Cruiser further demonstrate their desire to create something unique. Both of these are encircled by a stunning set of two spoked wheels. Three headlights and the standard indicators that were mounted vertically were added to the front fender to give it a heavier appearance.
The console area is then concealed by a sizable windscreen, which is completely unique in design. The Classic 500 Cruiser has a completely computerised console that offers navigation and audio playback through speakers mounted on the fairing, which is the biggest surprise of all. It is equipped with entirely unique switchgear as well. The Classic 500 Cruiser uses dual performance exhausts in addition to a BMC air filter for a boost in overall output. The motorcycle has Dragonfly side compartments, waterproof speakers, LED lights, a massive leg guard, and a 22-liter fuel tank among its accessories. Deluxe Seat Works completes the premium seat.
Even a pillion backrest has been added by Haldankar Customs for maximum riding comfort. Rearview mirrors have a chrome finish and are attached to the extra-wide, unique handlebar. The Royal Enfield Classic 500 Cruiser retains the factory motorcycle’s front disc brake in its current form. They name it “Notorious” after all these revisions.
