Honda 2Wheelers has a stronghold in India, thanks to the success of its Activa scooter. The business is now branching out into a larger market. Honda’s 350cc products, the Honda CB350 and CB350RS, have sold 30k units in the year after their inception. Honda is interested in this market, and in order to reach a larger audience, HMSI is rapidly developing its BigWing retail outlet network.
BigWing retailers sell Honda 350cc motorcycles. BigWing dealerships are charged with CB500X, CBR650R, CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, and Fireblade SP, Africa Twin Adventure Sports, and Gold Wing Tour, in addition to the newer entry-level motorcycles. However, none of the major players were able to expand the BigWing network as quickly as the 350cc offers.
