In October of this year, Yamaha unveiled the next-generation MT-03 for overseas markets. According to the most recent information available, Yamaha has no immediate plans to launch any new 250cc+ luxury motorcycles in India, while it is speculated that the new-generation 300cc MT-series motorbike will be launched in India within 6-8 months. The new R3 sportbike is scheduled to be released first, followed by the new MT-03. It would go up against the BMW G310R, Honda CB300R, and Benelli TNT 300, among others.
