West Coast Customs Modification
The popular West Coast Customs, which has previously worked on exotic automotive projects, accepted the assignment. The West Coast Customs were responsible for transforming Chris Brown’s Lamborghini Gallardo into a Revetron.
The Rolls Royce Wraith was chosen as the foundation model for Just Bieber. They spent a lot of time and effort on the vehicle to get it as close to the 103 EX as feasible. The moving wheel covers, which would go in the same direction as the wheels but in a different way, were also designed by the modification garage.

They created flared wheel arches and used large coverings to hide the underbelly. The body kit is likewise positioned lower, giving the impression that the car is floating.
