Kia Carens Crosses 50,000 Bookings In 2 Months
On February 15, 2022, Kia debuted the all-new Kia Carens in India, and the MPV’s aggressive pricing startled the market. The manufacturer began taking reservations for the MPV on January 14, 2022, and has since received over 50,000 reservations, cementing its position as the country’s fastest-growing automaker. Despite a global semiconductor scarcity, Kia managed to sell 5,300 units in just 13 days after its launch in February. Nearly 60% of the 50,000 bookings came from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
