There are many options available when buying a car, which is one of the best things. In this manner, you can select the trim level that best suits your tastes or whether you’ll have a specific feature on your car. However, Kia in the UK argues otherwise. The Sorento is only available in the ‘Edition’ trim as of this July 2022.

In essence, the new Kia Sorento “Edition” replaces trim levels 2, 3, and 4 in the SUV’s lineup and combines them into a single variant. This should be good news for the unsure Sorento buyer since it removes the hassle of deciding what you actually need in a car. Either you get a Sorento with all the options, or you don’t.

The ‘Edition’ trim adds to the previous top-spec 4 trim, and Kia has stuffed the seven-seater with everything but the kitchen sink. Nappa leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, a power tailgate, a remote smart parking assist, blind-spot collision-avoidance assist, a 360-degree around-view monitor, and a blind-spot view monitor are just a few of its cool features.

A wireless phone charger, a Bose premium sound system with 12 speakers, a 10-way power driver’s seat with lumbar support and an integrated memory system, an 8-way power front passenger seat, front and outer rear heated seats, and front ventilated seats are also included with the Korean midsize SUV.

The exterior of the Sorento “Edition” has black accents that go perfectly with the three available body colours: White Pearl, Graphite, and Midnight Black. The hybrid and PHEV models come standard with a set of 19-inch wheels, while the diesel Sorento is the only vehicle to receive a set of 20-inch black alloy wheels.
