Recently, JSW MG Motor India unveiled MG Select, a brand-new retail outlet devoted to the company’s higher-end products. Chief Growth Officer of MG Motor India Gaurav Gupta recently spoke with Autocar India, stating that the firm has not yet disclosed any information regarding the vehicles that may be sold through the MG Select channel. However, he did state that the company intends to begin operations by Q1 2025. We will therefore launch our first product and our facilities into the market in roughly six months.
The MG Select channel will be exclusively devoted to vehicles classified as NEVs (New energy vehicles), which includes EVs, PHEVs, and hybrids. The company has announced that it will be launching four locally made items for the Select channel during the next two years.
In the first phase, MG plans to launch 12 Select experience centers around the nation. Additional centers will be added gradually, and eventually, Tier 2 cities will also be included.
With two battery pack and motor options, the Cyberster is MG’s first-ever electric sportscar that is currently available for purchase in foreign markets.
