Lincoln is introducing a new service called Mobile Vehicle Spa to improve its customers’ ownership experience. The service programme, which is now confined to Houston neighbourhoods, intends to provide clients with a convenient option to get their vehicles detailed.
Get Spiffy, Inc., an on-demand car washing, technology, and services firm, collaborated on the Lincoln Mobile Vehicle Spa service. Interested Lincoln owners can have their vehicles cleaned inside and out at their favourite location and time, whether they’re at home, at work, or even out shopping. Customers can also bring in their vehicle for a fuel fill-up.

“We’re always looking for innovative and easy ways to engage with our customers and enhance their Lincoln ownership experience on and off the road,” said Michael Sprague, director of Lincoln North America. “Our clients place a high value on convenience and time, which is why we continue to grow and improve our services and connected experiences.”
The Lincoln Mobile Vehicle Spa service is currently in its early stages of development, but the business hopes to spread it to additional locations, though no specific dates have been set. Customers will be able to arrange appointments through the Lincoln Way App in the future.

Apart from the on-demand detailing service, Lincoln is launching the Lincoln Access Rewards Visa and Pursue Your Passions, a brand-new concierge programme, in March.
The former is a continuation of Lincoln’s current Access Rewards programme. The concierge programme allows cardholders to earn points on purchases and redeem them for unique experiences. Meanwhile, members of the concierge programme can partake in lifestyle-related activities such as sipping locally roasted coffees and taking an expertly guided tour of historic landmarks, among other things.
