A highly special and specially designed version of the Monster 797 was created by the luxury motorcycle company Ducati India in collaboration with Rajputana Customs to commemorate the 25 fruitful years of the Monster brand.
Rajputana Customs’ first officially commissioned Ducati, the Monster 797, received the customizations the custom shop is known for executing. The 797, which was inspired by Rajputana Customs, receives a specially constructed gasoline tank with a design that is quite similar to that of the legendary Monster and a colour scheme that gives the 797 a very distinct, manly appearance.
On this occasion, Sergi Canovas, MD of Ducati India, said, “Monster is a bike that has become a cult and has been recognized worldwide with love since its inception for its muscular look with the true aesthetics of a naked bike. Rajputana Customs has done a fabulous job at embodying it with details that are meaningful, giving it a striking look. The Monster 797 in the Rajputana Custom Edizione Speciale looks every bit perfect and serves as the appropriate homage to this iconic motorcycle.”
The first Monster has been out of the Borgo Panigale, Bologna, plant for 25 years. Since its introduction to the public and media at the “INTERMOT” international trade show in Cologne in 1992 and its release onto the market in 1993, this iconic Ducati model has brought about a radical change to the motorcycle industry, spawning a brand-new sector – the naked sport bikes – and fostering one of the most devoted enthusiast communities. Rajputana Customs spent several arduous months customising the Monster 797 in order to honour the Monster’s worldwide legacy.
