Mercedes Puts G-Wagon Inside A Massive Red pill For ‘Matrix Resurrections’ Premiere

The Matrix series returns to the silver screen later this week with its latest incarnation “Matrix Resurrections,” and the team at Warner Brothers teamed up with Mercedes Benz for its premiere, which featured a G-Wagon AMG G63 within a big red pill. The Matrix Resurrections is the sequel to the 2003 film The Matrix Revolutions.

With a length of 39.3 feet, a width of 13.1 feet, and a height of 11.4 feet, the show is immense. It has the capacity to hold two G-Wagons. The famous car will be significantly featured in the fourth generation of the Matrix, however it will be the more inexpensive G550 variant rather than the G63 AMG. The automobile is seen in a high-speed chase with the rebels assisting Neo and Trinity in their escape from the Matrix.

This comes as Daimler and Mercedes Benz attempt to reimagine the G-Wagon for the era of electric vehicles. It has already shown off an electric G-class prototype, which will most likely be known as the EQG, at IAA Mobility. In 2024, that vehicle will be available for purchase.
