New variant of TVS Apache RTR 200 4V launched in India, with security will now save Rs 5,000

TVS Motor Company has launched a new single channel ABS variant of TVS Apache RTR 200 4V in the Indian market. The new variant has a Delhi ex-showroom price of Rs 1.28 lakh. Learn the details.

Price

A new single channel ABS variant of New TVS Apache RTR 4V has been launched in India. TVS Motor Company has set a Delhi ex-showroom price of Rs 1.28 lakh for the new variant in the Indian market. Last year, the company launched its BS6 model. This is the only such bike in this segment. Features an adjustable suspension with multiple riding modes. New single channel ABS TVS Apache RTR model is Rs 5,000 cheaper than the dual channel ABS model.

The TVS Apache RTR 4V features Segment First Riding Modes. Three riding modes like Sport, Urban and Rain are available for a great riding experience for different roads. In addition, you get pre-load adjustment and premium show suspension with adjustable front suspension. Along with the braking features, it has 270 mm brass disc brakes at the front and 240 mm brakes at the rear.

Engine

The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V BS6 features fuel injection, Glide Through Technology (GTT Plus) LED headlamps, slipper clutch, Bluetooth enabled SmartConnect system and rear radial tires. The BS6 model includes a new Matte Blue scheme from the company. No mechanical changes were made to the single channel ABS variant of the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V BS6. It has 198 cc, single cylinder, 4 valve, oil cooled engine. Engine generates 20.54 bhp maximum power at 8500 rpm and a peak torque of 18.1 Nm at 7000 rpm. Its engine is given a 5 speed gearbox.

Power

Its Sport Mode gets 20.54 bhp of power at 9000 rpm and 17.25 Nm of torque at 7250 rpm. This mode has a top speed of 127 kmph. Its Rain and Urban mode produces 17 bhp of power at 7800 rpm and 16.51 Nm of torque at 5750 rpm. In this mode you get a top speed of 105 kmph.
