Nissan India Will Launch Triber Based 7 Seater MPV Car Soon

In the next years, Nissan India intends to extend its UV (Utility Vehicle) product line. The X-Trail and Qashqai SUVs, which are now under testing, have previously been confirmed by Nissan. The Nissan X-Trail, which is expected to hit the market in mid-2023, will compete with the Toyota Fortuner. The business has now stated that it would introduce a new 7-seater MPV based on the Renault Tiber. The CMF-A+ platform will be used to construct the model.

The new Nissan 7-seater MPV’s specifications are yet unknown. However, we anticipate that it will share powertrains and features with the Renault Triber. The latter is powered by a 1.0L, 3-cylinder, normally aspirated petrol engine with 71bhp and 96Nm of torque. The automaker may also release a new MPV with a turbocharged petrol engine. Both manual and automatic transmissions are likely to be available.

Nissan Triber 7-Seater

The next Nissan 7-seater MPV will be visually distinct from the Renault Tiber. Some of its design aspects may be inspired by the Nissan Magnite. However, in terms of dimensions, it will be similar to the Triber. Keyless entry, detachable third row, push-button start, second row reclining, roof-mounted AC vents for the middle and third row passengers, LED lighting, and other features are expected.
