Suzuki Motorcycles India today unveiled the Suzuki V-Strom SX 250cc, a new 250cc sports adventure tourer motorcycle. Ex-showroom, the new V-Strom SX has priced at Rs 2.11 lakh. In the sports adventure tourer segment, this is Suzuki’s entry-level model. The Suzuki V-Strom SX will fight in the segment against bikes such as the Royal Enfield Himalayan, KTM 250 Adventure, Benelli TRK 251, and BMW G 310 GS.
“We are thrilled to announce our debut into the 250cc adventure sports segment with the launch of the V-Strom SX,” stated Mr. Satoshi Uchida, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India, at the event. The All-New V-Strom SX was designed to meet the demands of riders looking for a flexible sports adventure tourer. The V-Strom SX is ideal for city and highway riding, as well as exploring a variety of adventure terrains on a motorcycle. Motorcycles have evolved into extensions of their owners’ personalities, and riders regard their motorcycle as a partner rather than just a mode of transportation. We are certain that the V-Strom SX, with its all-around capabilities, will precisely match the latent demands of the Indian market.

The Suzuki V-Strom SX 250cc motorcycle is designed to be a dual-purpose machine. It works well on highways, city runs, and difficult terrains. Suzuki’s Gixxer 250 motorcycle, which is already on the market in India, is the basis for the V-Strom SX. The motorcycle now has a beak design, Octagonal shaped LED headlamps, fly screen, knuckle guards, muscular-looking tank design, short upswept exhaust, LED tail lamps, and other features. The V-Strom SX features a rough and tough-looking appearance that is comparable to that of higher-capacity V-Strom motorcycles.

The engine produces 26.5 horsepower and 22.2 pound-feet of peak torque. It’s paired to a 6-speed transmission.
