The builder plans to make versions that look like an Aston Martin, Bentley, and Bugatti.

Many firms have created amphibious vehicles by combining watercraft with automobiles. This company, on the other hand, approaches things a little differently by transforming a boat into a sports automobile. One of these strange machines is taken for a ride in Dubai in a new video from the Supercar Blondie YouTube account.

The boat’s design incorporates Ferrari and Chevrolet Corvette design features, giving it an extremely dynamic appearance. Because there are no doors, the two passengers must enter the cockpit by stepping in. Because the driver grabs a steering wheel and steps on a pedal to accelerate, the controls are comparable to those of a sports vehicle. There is no brake, just like on a jet ski.

The lights and windshield wipers are controlled via a series of switches on the centre console. Underneath a cover is a small GPS screen.

The engine is positioned behind the passengers. Apart from the 1.8-liter displacement, not much is known about it. This is sufficient to reach a top speed of 62 mph (100 kilometres per hour).

Throwing this sports-car-shaped boat around the water appears to be a fun afternoon activity. The occupants do not get as wet as they would on a typical jet ski because of the windshield and high sidewalls. However, as shown in the video, hitting a wave just right will completely drench those within.

In the future, the creator of this watercraft intends to create additional automotive-inspired designs. According to the video, the creator is working on Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, and even a pickup truck variants.

In Dubai, renting one of these costs $700 per hour. Purchasing an example can cost anywhere between $40,000 and $50,000, depending on the specifications. There is a company called Waterlink that sells them there.

Someone created a vehicle comparable to this at home last year, according to a report. That individual mounted a 1970 Chevrolet pickup truck on a boat platform. The sides of the bed appeared to have a topper over them, but the top was uncovered. Because there were pontoons visible on the sides, this contraption appeared a little more like a watercraft than the one in Dubai.
