The manufacturer companies in china can easily copy the design of the supercars and is acknowledged and sold in the chinese market in great numbers. As we all know, copying a design of any luxury SUV or a supercar is considered crime, However, not in China. 10. Geely GE ( Rolls – Royce Phantom )

It was launched in 2009 by is the chineese manufacturer Geely. It looks almost the same as Rolls-Royce Phantom. However, the manufacturer does not thinks so. The front profile looks almost the same as Phantom and the Spirit of Ecstasy also looks like phantom. There are made very minor differences and was sold at a price tag of 35 Lakh INR while the original Rolls-Royce Phantom costed 4-5 Crore INR.

9. Landwind X7 ( Range Rover Evoque )

Another popular cloned SUV in China. The landwind X7 looks like the Range Rover Evoque. The front, side and rear design is as it is copied from Evoque. Land Rover sued this manufacturer, however, they lost the case as there is no such copyright law in China. Under the hood lies a Ford 1.5 Litre Turbo engine. The vehicle was launched in 2015 and was discontinued in 2019. The X7 was sold at 15 Lakh INR while the Range Rover Evoque costed about 70 Lakh INR.

8. JAC P241 ( Mercedes GL Class )

Mercedes GLC is one of the most popular SUV of Mercedes. The chinese commercial and automobile manufacture JAC motors copied the design of GLS. The front profile matches the old models of Mercedes. Headlamps, DRLs and grills are same, dimensions are also the same. The vehicle was sold at a price tag of 21 Lakh INR while the original vehicle costed 81 Lakh INR.

7. Suzhou Eagle Carrie ( Porsche Cayman )

Eagle is a chinese manufacturer who produced a car by copying the design of two supercars namely Ferrari California and Porsche Cayman. Even the Brand’s logo is copied from porsche. This is an electric vehicle and has a 90 kw battery and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 4.2 seconds.

6. C60 Hyosow ( Lamborghini Urus )

Lamborghini Urus is the best selling lamborghini of India. The italian manufacturer is famous for high performance and their superb designed cars. Again the dimensions and the looks of C60 Hyosow are almost similar to that of Urus. It was manufactured by beijing auto in-corporation and runs on a 2 Litre Turbo charged engine.

Mini which is a sub-brand of BMW that produces amazing cars. The mini cooper is one of the most popular cars by Mini. However, the looks of Mini Cooper and chinese Lifan 330 almost match each other. The iconic mini cooper can be identified easily due to its compact and small design. Lifan’s looks are similar to Cooper and ford 500.

W 203 was the most popular generation of Mercedes. Again, the chinese manufacturer Greely copied the C-Class. Also, the headlamps, bonet, grills are similar to that of the C-Class. It was sold for 20 Lakh INR while the iconic C-Class costed 40 Lakh INR.

Cadillac is the most famous SUV Brand in the world. The american brand provides very high level comfort. However, it’s features and feels are enjoyed at a very cheap price by chinese people. However, there’s a 2 Litre 4 cylinder engine which doesn’t matches the cadillac’s iconic 6.2 Litre V8 engine.

The above vehicle is copied from BMW X1 and is manufactured by Brilliance, which is a chinese company. 1.6 Litre and 1.5 Litre engine options are available in V5 while X1 was available in 2 Litre petrol and diesel engine.

1. BJ80 ( G-Wagon )

This vehicle is the clone of Mercedes G-Wagon. Similar to mercedes the BJ80 was also launched in 6 × 6 variant. It has a 2.4 Litre 4 cylinder engine and costs 31 Lakh INR in china, while the G-Wagon is priced at a whopping 1.62 Crore INR.
