In March 2022, the Maruti Wagon R reclaimed the lead in automobile sales, while the Swift lost ground. The tall boy, which was recently renovated, performed exceptionally well, selling 24,634 pieces throughout the time period.
The Maruti Dzire took the second position in the top 25 sales ranking with 18,623 units sold, followed by the Baleno with 14,520 units sold.

The Tata Nexon continued to impress this month, selling 14,315 units, while the Maruti Swift, which was the market leader last month, sold 13,623 units.
Maruti Suzuki’s Vitara Brezza took the sixth spot in the top 25 automobile sales chart in March 2022. A total of 12,439 units of the compact SUV were sold.

The Hyundai Creta came in second with 10,532 units sold, while the Tata Punch came in third with 10,526 units sold. Following suit were the Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS (9687 units) and Maruti Eeco (9221 units).
When the next 15 slots are taken into account, cars like the Toyota Innova Crysta (38%) and Maruti S-Presso (9%), Maruti Celerio (36%), Mahindra Scorpio (160%), and Maruti Ignis (3%) performed well, while others struggled.
Maruti Suzuki has 11 cars on the list, Hyundai has four, Tata, Mahindra, and Kia each have three, and Toyota Kirloskar Motor has one. Maruti makes six of the top ten automobiles.
