In September 2021 witness a huge drop in car sales as compared to the last month. Automakers have tried there best to provide the customers with the best vehicle possible. This month of September, a total 1,85,636 units are sold. As usual Maruti Suzuki has topped the chart. Followed by Hyundai, Tata, Kia and Mahindra are in Top five selling car brand. Lets us have a look at the best selling SUV models this month. Below are Top 5 Selling Compact SUVs in India in the month of September 2021.

1. Tata Nexon
The car is powered by a 1.2L and 1.5L petrol engine. It produces upto 108 bhp and 260 Nm of torque. Notably it is available in multiple variants. The Nexon is offered with 5-speed manual and automatic gearbox. The prices of the car ranges from Rs. 7.28 Lakh to 13.2 Lakh. Tata motors sold a total of 9,211 units of the Nexon.
2. Hyundai Venue
The car comes with a 1.2L petrol and 1.5L diesel engine. It produces upto 99 bhp and 240 Nm of torque. It is currently available in three engine options. The venue comes with 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox. The prices of the car ranges from Rs. 6.99 Lakh to 11.85 Lakh. Hyundai have sold a total of 7,924 units of the Venue.
3. KIA Sonet
Sonet is the compact SUV offered by the company in India. The car comes with 1 Diesel Engine and 2 Petrol Engine options. It is also available with both Automatic & Manual transmission. It produces around 113.42bhp. The prices of the car ranges from Rs. 8.55 Lakh to 13.09 Lakh. KIA has sold a 4,454 Units of the Sonet.
4. Mahindra XUV300
The car is powered by a 1.5L Turbo Diesel and 1.2L Turbo Petrol engine. It produces upto 108 bhp and 200 Nm of torque. The engine is mated with a 6 speed transmission. The price of the car is around Rs. 9.09 Lakhs to 12.63 Lakhs. Mahindra & Mahindra sold a total of 3,693 Units of the XUV300.
5. Nissan Magnite
This Compact SUV has been a big success for the company. The car is powered by a HRA0 1.0 Turbo Petrol engine coupled to CVT automatic and manual gearbox. The Price of the Magnite ranges from Rs. 5.71 Lakh to Rs. 10.15 Lakh. Nissan sold a total of 2,330 units of the Magnite this month.
