Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Price Increased By Rs 50,000
Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM) has increased the price of specific models of its popular SUV, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, in a subtle manner. The costs of the powerful hybrid models have been raised by Rs 50,000. The pricing of the non-hybrid models, on the other hand, stay constant.
S, G, and V models of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder’s powerful hybrid trim are now priced at Rs 15.61 lakh, Rs 17.99 lakh, and Rs 19.49 lakh, respectively. Notably, non-hybrid variants start at Rs 10.48 lakh, while CNG variants start at Rs 13.23 lakh. Prices are all ex-showroom.
The Urban Cruiser Hyryder is mechanically available in three powertrain configurations: non-hybrid, strong hybrid, and recently announced E-CNG versions. The non-hybrid features a 1.5-litre petrol engine with 102bhp and 137Nm of torque linked to a five-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The stated fuel economy is 21.12kmpl.
The SUV’s strong hybrid models feature a 1.5-liter petrol engine supplemented by powerful hybrid technology. The engine produces 91bhp and 122Nm of torque, while the electric motor produces 79bhp and 141Nm of peak torque. The combined output of the powerful hybrid engine is 114bhp. These models only have an e-CVT unit with a stated fuel economy of 27.97kmpl.
Furthermore, the E-CNG models are a new addition to the portfolio, with a 1.5-litre K-series engine producing 87bhp and 121.5Nm of torque and linked to a five-speed manual transmission. This arrangement is said to have a fuel economy of 26.6km/kg.
