Watch: Bollywood’s First Rolls Royce Cullinan Rolling on the Streets of Mumbai

The Rolls Royce Cullinan has now made its way into a number of Bollywood garages. Bhushan Kumar and his first Rolls Royce Cullinan, however, were the catalysts. This video depicts the car’s most recent sighting on Mumbai streets.

It’s more than just having a car when you own a Rolls Royce. It represents the owner’s personality and portrays him as someone who has accomplished much in his life and is looked up to by many.

Not everyone can afford a Rolls Royce because of their ultra-exclusive aura and exorbitant pricing. When it comes to its top-of-the-line model, the Cullinan SUV, exclusivity reaches unprecedented heights. The Rolls Royce Cullinan, on the other hand, is steadily gaining favour in India, with T-Series owner Bhushan Kumar being one of the country’s first Cullinan owners.

Bhushan Kumar’s Rolls Royce Cullinan is seen cruising down the congested streets of Mumbai in a video from “CS12 Shorts.” When Bhushan Kumar bought this SUV in 2019, he was one of the first official owners of Cullinan in India. The Cullinan he owns is painted in a rare shade of Bohemian Red and has a contrasting silver finish on the entire hood. In the video, we see the Cullinan travelling calmly over Mumbai’s streets, giving it a far more commanding appearance amid the other vehicles. His Cullinan is registered in his company’s name, Super Cassettes Industries Pvt Ltd., also known as “T-Series.”

The Cullinan is Rolls Royce’s first attempt at making an SUV and currently sits between the Ghost and Phantom VIII. It is also the first-ever Rolls Royce to feature an all-wheel-drive system. The Rolls Royce Cullinan was unveiled for the first time at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in 2018 and is manufactured at Rolls Royce’s manufacturing facility in Goodwood, UK for the whole world.

Inspired by Phantom VIII in design, the Rolls Royce Cullinan gets conventional doors at the front and coach doors at the rear. On the inside, the Cullinan is currently the only model from Rolls Royce to get a glass partition between the passenger compartment and luggage compartment. Another unique trait of the Rolls Royce Cullinan is a couple of leather camping seats deployable from the luggage compartment. These seats are known as “cocktail suites”.

Powering the Rolls Royce Cullinan is a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 petrol engine, which produces 571 PS of maximum power and 850 Nm of maximum torque. The engine is paired to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission and catapults the Cullinan to a top speed of 250 km/h.

The Rolls Royce Cullinan shares its “architecture of luxury” platform with the Phantom VIII and gets a suspension combination of a double-wishbone axle at the front and a 5-link axle at the rear. This suspension unit is assisted by a self-levelling air suspension system and electronically controlled dampers at both front and rear. The SUV also gets a four-wheel steering system as standard.
