Yamaha updated the FZ 25’s touring-oriented variant, the Yamaha FZ 25 earlier this year with new colors for 2022.
Yamaha FZ 25 Engine
The FZ 25 delivers 20.8PS and 20.1Nm from its 249cc single-cylinder, air-cooled motor. This motor comes mated to a 5-speed transmission. The performance is 0.1PS less and 0.1Nm more than the BS4 FZ 25.
Yamaha FZ 25 Suspension And Brakes
Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork and a mono-shock. Braking duties are taken care of by disc brakes (282mm front and 220mm rear) with dual-channel ABS. Yamaha has equipped the bike with a 100-section front tyre and a 140-section rear tyre. However, there’s no radial tyre on offer, even as an option.
Yamaha FZ 25 Rivals
The Yamaha FZ 25 faces competition from the Suzuki Gixxer 250 and Bajaj Dominar 250. However, at a similar price, you can even purchase the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
