Sales Charts (January 2021):-
- Sedans – Maruti Suzuki Dzire is the best-selling sedan currently in India. Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura and Honda City are its close followers. Tata Tigor is holding the fifth spot. (dragontkd.ca)
- Two Wheelers – In two wheelers category, Hero Motocorp is dominating the charts. Honda, TVS & Bajaj hold second, third & fourth spots respectively. Electric two wheeler sales are improved too.
- Luxury Cars – With 859 units sold, Mercedes Benz is at the top of the list. BMW follows closely with sale of 703 units.

- Citroen CC21 –
French Automaker Citroen is going to start its operations in India with C5 Aircross; its flagship SUV. But they are testing another model already. It is supposed to rival the likes of Mahindra KUV100 & Maruti Suzuki Ignis. The model (Codenamed CC21) is rumoured to get a 1.2 liter turbocharged engine with 100 hp & 150 Nm torque. The model is expected to be launched sometime in the middle of this year. The pricing will be competitive with an expected starting price of sub-5 lakh.
- Royal Enfield Hunter 350 (Rendered) –
After the Meteor 350, Royal Enfield has been testing its new model; ‘Hunter’ extensively. It is spotted multiple times. SRK designs has made a render based on the spy shots. The Hunter directly rivals the Honda H’ness CB350. It is expected to launch with a new 349cc engine developing 20.2 hp & 27 Nm of torque. It shares the platform with Meteor 350 (The ‘J’ platform).

The Triumph Tiger 850 Sport –
Today, Triumph launched its latest model called Tiger 850 Sport in India with prices starting at Rs.11.95 lakh. The new Tiger 850 Sport debuted in November 2020 internationally. It is a road-focused variant in the Triumph Tiger range. The Tiger 850 Sport gets an 888cc, inline-triple making 85hp and 82Nm. It gets two riding modes namely Rain and Road.
