Mahindra has launched multiple models of electric cars, which will be available in the country commencing next year. Among the models is the XUV700-based coupe known as the XUV.e9, which is expected to arrive in India in April 2025. The car has been put through extensive testing in the south india before its official announcement.
- To offer cubical-shaped LED headlamps
- To be launched in April 2025
The Mahindra XUV.e9, as shown in the image, will have a coupe-like design with a sloping roofline which blends perfectly with the curved LED taillights. Other distinct characteristics include a rear spoiler with an integrated stop lamp, a shark-fin antenna, a rear parking camera with sensors, squared-off wheel arches, and door-mounted rear door handles. Notably, the front door handles are flush fitting, similar to those on the XUV700.
In terms of the interior, prior spy photos of the cabin confirmed the presence of a three-screen dashboard configuration. Interestingly, it is the first of its sort in this category. Aside from that, being a Mahindra, the XUV.e9 is likely to be well-equipped with features like an all-digital instrument panel, wireless smartphone connectivity, wireless charging, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, sunroof, and a Level 2 ADAS suite.
