The MG has launched the all-new MG Astor Blackstorm Edition today, with prices starting at Rs. 14.48 lakh (ex-showroom). The model, based on the Smart version, is powered by a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a CVT unit.

All Black Paint Job
The MG Astor Blackstorm Edition, as the name suggests, is only available in Starry Black paint. The vehicle is also available in Havana Grey, Aurora Silver, Glaze Red, Candy White, and Candy White with a black roof.
Blacked Out Exterior Elements
Other noticeable exterior design improvements include blacked-out features including the grille, alloy wheels, skid plate, door garnish, roof rails, and headlamp cluster.
Updated Interior
The Astor Blackstorm Edition features Tuxedo Black upholstery and an all-black floor console on the inside. The regular version is supplemented by two new colors: Iconic Ivory and Sangria Red, which are only available in the Smart and Sharp varieties.
Red Insert
The Astor Blackstorm Edition features red brake callipers on the front axle, Sangria Red AC vents, and red stitching on the door trims and steering wheel.
Features Added
The outward characteristics remain the same, while the inside receives improvements like as JBL-sourced speakers and a ‘Blackstorm’ insignia on the front fenders.
