The 2024 Astor Blackstorm is available from JSW MG Motor India for Rs 13.45 lakh (ex-showroom). An same SUV model was previously sold by the company in India. The Blackstorm edition keeps the same mechanical specifications and adds a few blacked-out stylistic cues to the normal model. The new Astor Blackstorm is based on the Select trim and comes with an automatic or manual transmission, whereas the previous model was based on the Smart trim.

The Astor Blackstorm’s exterior features a number of blacked-out components, including the roof rails, alloy wheels with red front brake calipers, grille, headlamps, front and rear bumpers, door garnish, and side door cladding. Blackstorm badging is also installed on the vehicle’s front fenders. The interior has the same design as the outside, but it’s completely black with Tuxedo Black leather and red stitching. The black steering wheel, floor mats, and red AC vents are further style components. Additionally, JBL speakers are included with the Astor Blackstorm and may be installed at authorized MG dealerships all throughout India.
The car is still driven by the same 1.5-liter gasoline engine, which has a peak torque of 144 Nm and 109 horsepower. The Astor Blackstorm is available with a CVT or a 5-speed manual transmission.
