Simple Energy has just released its newest product, the Dot One electric scooter. It is Simple Energy’s most recent e-scooter model, as well as the most economical right now. Here are five facts about it that you should be aware of.
Simple Energy Dot One Design
Despite its low price, the Simple Dot One looks just like its bigger brother, the Simple One. The Dot One retains the pointed fascia holding the LED headlight, sharp body panels with cuts and creases, and overall sporty appearance. The Dot One is available in six different color schemes from Simple Energy: Brazen Black, Namma Red, Azure Blue, Grace White, Brazen X, and Light X.
Simple Energy Dot One Features
Along with LED lighting, Simple Energy has included features such as a completely digital touchscreen console, smartphone connectivity for remote access, navigation, OTA updates, vehicle tagging, remote alerts, and more in the Dot One. Simple Energy has not stated whether the Dot One would include riding modes.
Simple Dot One Hardware
It is equipped with telescopic front forks and a monoshock, as well as a 200mm front and 190mm rear disc brake system. This configuration is also similar to the One. The Dot One has 35 litres of underseat storage and alloy wheels with road-biased tyres.
Simple Energy Dot One Motor And Battery
The Dot One is powered by an 8.5kW (peak power) motor and a 3.7kWh battery. This configuration allows for a top speed of 105kmph and a maximum range of 151km (certified). Simple Energy claims that the Dot One can accelerate from 0 to 40 kilometers per hour in 2.77 seconds.
Simple Energy Dot One Price
The Simple Energy Dot One electric scooter is priced at Rs. 1,39,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). It is thus Rs. 18,000 cheaper than the Simple One scooter. The Dot One competes with the Ola S1 Air, Ather 450S, and Bajaj Chetak Urbane.
