The TVS Apache portfolio now includes the RTR 310, RTR 200 4V, RTR 180, RTR 160 4V, RTR 160, RR 310, and RP 165. TVS Apache RTR 310 Naked Design
The production form of the Apache RTR 310 appears aggressive and athletic, as shown in test mule spy images. It has split LED headlights, a sleek fuel tank with shrouds, a two-piece seat, and a raised tail section in a brand-new design. The exhaust appears to be a straight copy of the Apache RR 310. It has a single-piece tubular handlebar and footpegs that are positioned significantly back. The rider triangle, on the other hand, appears to be upright and engaged.
Apache RTR 310 Engine
Yes, the Apache RTR 310 shares the same 312.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor as the RR 310. The engine produces 35bhp at 9700rpm and 28.7Nm at 6650rpm and is mated to a six-speed transmission. It also has a slipper-and-assist clutch. The top speed is claimed to be 150kmph.
TVS has updated the frame of the new Apache RTR 310. It’s supported by USD front forks and a monoshock, with preload, compression, and rebound adjustments on both sides. In the meantime, the braking system consists of a single front disc and a single rear disc with dual-channel ABS. The brakes are housed on 17-inch wheels with dual compound radial tyres.
Along with complete LED illumination, the new Apache has a fully digital TFT with GoPro connectivity. It includes all of the standard readouts, such as the speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel level indication, gear position indicator, and temperature, as well as smartphone connectivity. The latter allows the rider to receive call and SMS notifications, as well as document storage and other features. The Apache RTR 310 also has ABS, side stand cut-off, and ride modes as rider aids. Surprisingly, this bike also includes a climate control seat as well as a six-axis IMU unit to handle cornering ABS, cornering traction control, and cornering cruise control.
