2022 Toyota Camry Launched, At Rs. 41.70 Lakhs

2022 Toyota Camry facelift gets new visual tweaks, new features and new price!

Toyota Camry 2022 was released in India at a price of Rs. 41.70 lakhs (ex-showroom). It’s a small improvement over the previous model in order to increase sales. The Camry sold just one unit last month, according to Toyota.

The facelifted car’s front appearance gets a new bumper and redesigned grille design, making it look sharper. There are no changes to the headlights.

The side design is unchanged, but new 18-inch alloy wheels are available. With LED brake lights, red reflectors, and a black base extension, the tail lights are brand new. Metal Stream Metallic is a new exterior colour available.

The new 9-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system is the most noticeable interior upgrade. It has Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as a JBL audio system with nine speakers. Black engineered wood look film is applied to the Y-design instrument panel.

A 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol hybrid engine with a combined power output of 218 PS powers the sedan. Sport, Eco, and Normal are the three driving modes available.

The biggest change in the interior is the new 9-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system. It comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay along with 9-speaker JBL audio system. The Y-design instrument panel gets black engineered wood effect film.

The sedan is powered by a 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol hybrid engine that produces a combined power output of 218 PS. It comes with three driving modes – Sport, Eco and Normal.

Other features include ventilated front seats, 10-Way Power Adjustable Driver Seat, ORVM, Tilt-Telescopic Steering Column with Memory Function, Wireless Smartphone Charger, Heads-Up Display, Rear Recliner Seats, Power Assisted Rear Sunshade, Audio and AC Controls on capacitive touch panel, 3-zone air conditioning, Tilt and Slide Moon Roof, etc.

Some of the safety features include 9 airbags, Parking Assist with Back Guide Monitor, Clearance & Back Sonar, Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, Hill Start Assist Control,  Electronic Parking Brake with Brake Hold Function and Tyre Pressure Monitoring System.
