The 2024 KTM 125 Duke has undergone its most significant overhaul ever! The Austrian bike manufacturer has introduced the 2024 version of the Baby Duke, which has been updated on practically every front. Let’s take a look at what the international-spec model has to offer as we wait for its official India debut.
2024 KTM 125 Duke Design & Looks
The revised look is virtually identical to that of the new 2024 390 Duke. As a result, the bodywork is even more alien-like and eye-catching. The headlight is more prominent, while the fuel tank extensions are more angular and muscular. The rear part is also intriguing because it lacks body panels and exposes the redesigned sub-frame. Furthermore, the new orange and black paint scheme just adds to the glitz.
The hardware of the 2024 KTM 125 Duke has also been completely revamped. There’s a new steel trellis frame, a pressure die-cast aluminum subframe, a WP offset monoshock, and a curved swingarm. KTM has also used lighter alloy wheels from the new RC series, as well as expensive Michelin Road 5 tyres. Meanwhile, the braking system consists of a 320mm disc up front and a 240mm rotor in the back. The 125 Duke has outstanding features including a TFT LCD and dual-channel ABS with the ability to turn it off for the rear wheel, in a true KTM manner.
The same 124.9cc liquid-cooled engine develops 14.7bhp and 11Nm and is paired to a six-speed transmission that powers the bike.
The India-spec 2024 KTM 125 Duke, which is slated to be released shortly, may differ from the international version. To keep costs down, KTM may employ more low-cost components for the bike.
