2022 Honda CB125R Overview
HMCL has unveiled the 2022 Honda CB125R for international markets. The engine of the smallest CB naked street bike has been significantly modified, not only for Euro5 compliance but also to create more power than the previous model.
Honda expanded the stroke length of the engine to produce more horses despite the increased pollution limits. The bore and stroke sizes have been reduced to 57.3mm x 48.4mm from 58mm x 47.2mm. As a result, the power is boosted by 1.6bhp, with the new model producing 14.7bhp. In the meantime, the compression ratio has increased from 11:1 to 11.3:1. The input duct, air cleaner connecter tube, and resonator are also new components in the engine.
