Kawasaki India has priced the updated Ninja 650 at Rs 7,12,000 in India (ex-showroom Delhi). For its latest iteration, the Japanese middleweight has received a few significant updates. Here are the specifics.
The design and styling of the 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 650 are carried over from the previous year’s model. It has a sharp fascia with a split LED headlight atop a transparent windscreen flanked by bulb indicators. The latter is built into the bike’s side fairing.
The Kawasaki Traction Control system is the most significant feature update for the 2023 Ninja 650. It should make riding the bike easier for newer riders by providing an additional safety net in addition to ABS. The new KRTC is a two-level system that can also be turned off completely.

The trellis frame mounted on the telescopic front forks and linked rear shock have also been retained in terms of hardware. The braking system on the Ninja 650 consists of dual 300mm front discs and a single 220mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with Dunlop tires measuring 120/70 in the front and 160/60 in the rear.
The 2023 Ninja 650 is only available in one color: lime green. In addition, the updated model commands a Rs 17,000 premium over the previous model’s asking price of Rs 6.95 lakh.
