Bajaj Auto has offered a temporary discount offer on the Chetak electric scooter in preparation for the holiday season. This offer, which is exclusive to Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, is for Rs 1.15 lakh. This deal is valid while supplies last.
Bajaj Chetak Specs:
The Chetak can charge from 0% to 100% in 5 hours and has a 2.9 kWh battery. With a top speed of 63 kmph, the Bajaj electric scooter has a range of 108 km. The Chetak can provide 3.8 kW of continuous power and 16 Nm of torque at its max power of 4.08 kW. Eco and Sport are the two ride modes that are offered.
According to some sources, Bajaj is also developing a low-cost electric scooter and may reintroduce the Sunny brand. The Sunny was first introduced as an inexpensive, two-stroke scooter in the 1990s. Although Bajaj hasn’t disclosed the details, the new, reasonably priced electric scooter will have a smaller battery than the Chetak. The new scooter’s release date is unknown, although it might take a few years before it is made available to the public.
