2024 Maruti Dzire

This year, the Maruti Dzire had a generational upgrade that included not only substantial design modifications but also new features and, most crucially, increased safety. The new Dzire has an entirely distinct design from the Swift, although sharing the same cabin and engine.
The Dzire is the first subcompact sedan in India to include a single-pane sunroof. Other amenities on the Dzire include a 9-inch touchscreen, automatic air conditioning, cruise control, and a wireless phone charger. It has six airbags (as standard), a rear parking camera, and electronic stability control. The Dzire is also Maruti’s first model to receive a full 5-star safety certification from Global NCAP.

It has a new 82 PS 1.2-litre 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine and is also available with an optional CNG powertrain with a decreased output of 70 PS. The petrol variant comes with both a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT transmission, however the Dzire CNG only has a 5-speed MT.
2024 Honda Amaze

Another subcompact automobile that received a generational upgrade this year was the Honda Amaze. The third-generation Amaze resembles the Honda City in a more smaller version. The cabin is also updated, with a larger 8-inch touchscreen and a wireless phone charger. The Amaze is India’s first subcompact sedan equipped with advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) features such as adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. Other safety features include six airbags (standard), a rearview camera, and a LaneWatch camera.
The Amaze retains the 90 PS 1.2-litre 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine from the previous generation. It comes with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT automatic gearbox.
BYD Seal

The BYD Seal is an all-electric sedan that debuted in March 2024. The Seal is the brand’s first sedan offering in India, with a design influenced by the Porsche Taycan.
