Bajaj quietly launched the CT125X, with prices beginning at Rs. 71,354/- (ex-showroom, New Delhi). It costs Rs. 5056 more than the current CT110X and Rs. 6000 less than the Honda Shine, which is the best-selling vehicle in its class.
Although the bike’s appearance is almost identical to that of the CT110X, it is powered by a new, larger 124.4 cc long stroke DTSi engine that produces 10.75 HP at 8000 RPM and 11 Nm at 5500 RPM. This engine is paired with a 5-speed transmission.
The “Intelligent Carburetor” from Bajaj is used to fuel the engine. The bore and stroke, which are typical measurements for long strokes, are 52 and 58.6 millimeters, respectively. Be prepared for a throaty exhaust note.

Bajaj CT125X Design and Body
A sturdy square section semi-double-cradle frame with telescopic front forks (125 mm travel) and SOS Nitrox twin rear suspension supports the engine (100 mm travel). The front brakes on the bike can be either a 240 mm disc brake or a 130 mm drum brake. (Xanax)
Drum brakes measuring 130 mm will do for the rear. It comes with CBS. The front tyre is 80/100-17, while the back tyre is 100/90-17. Tubeless tires on alloy wheels are standard fitment.
The seat height is 810 mm and the wheelbase is 1285 mm. 700 mm is the total length of the seat. Because of the high seat height, the bike is not appropriate for short riders. A USB charger and a DRL is also among the features available.
Bajaj CT125X Colors and Specs
Ebony Black with decals in the colors of Red, Blue, and Green are among the available options. For reference, there are 3 colours of the CT110X that are currently offered: Matte Wild Green, Ebony Black and Blue, and Ebony Black and Red.
The tank grips are from the 110, despite the new graphics. But the biggest change is the addition of a fully ribbed seat, which looks cool and gives the ruggedness a lot of charm. The bike is simple to transform into a stylish scrambler.
The 125 has only standard road-biased tyres, unlike the CT110X which also has dual-purpose tyres. However, the MRF Zapper C rear tyre is a huge plus.
