Hero Hunk is a powerful 150cc motorcycle with the same engine as the CBZ Extreme. Hero MotoCorp had no choice but to withdraw the motorcycle from the domestic market. However, it is still manufactured in India and shipped internationally. In August 2022, the Hero Hunk was the most exported 2-wheeler from India’s largest 2W manufacturer.
Hero sells the Xtreme 160R as the Hunk 160R in a few global markets. The Hunk 190R, which is available in a few other markets, is powered by the same engine as the Xpulse 200.

A new Hero Hunk test mule was spotted near the Hero MotoCorp Tech Center in Jaipur. They were both wearing red number plates that indicated they were test mules. These bikes are comparable to the Hero Xtreme 200R.
The headlight, tank, body panels, tank shrouds, alloy wheels, exhaust canister, and taillight designs are all similar on the test mule. The engine is the only significant difference. The 2023 Hero Hunk, which was spotted testing, featured a 160cc engine, similar to the Xtreme 160R.
The engine casing is more akin to a 160cc than a 200cc. Hero MotoCorp appears to be targeting the lower end of the 150cc and 160cc segments, and Honda Unicorn is currently ruling this segment.

Some notable features include LED taillights, halogen headlights, mono-shock rear suspension, dual disc brakes, alloy wheels, and telescopic front suspension.
The engine in the Xtreme 160R produces 15 bhp and 14 Nm of torque. This engine could be tuned to fit the segment on the Hero Hunk 2023. In recent months, Honda Unicorn has gained a lot of traction and is regaining lost market share. Another possible competitor for the Hunk 160 is the recently launched Bajaj Pulsar P150, which comes in a single-disc variant.
If the new Hunk is planned for India, it could be released next year. The test mules appeared to be ready for production. The top-spec trim with Bluetooth connectivity is likely to cost between Rs.
