When you decide to combine all of the greatest current equipment beneath the shell of a magnificent vintage shape, you get this restomoded C1 Corvette.
A 650-horsepower supercharged LT4 V8 sits beneath the hood of the 1961 Corvette Restomod. It produces 650 lb-ft of torque and transmits it to the rear wheels via an 8L90E 8-speed automated gearbox. That’s a fantastic bundle already, but it just gets better from there.

Restomodders are known to just insert a large new engine into an old classic automobile and ignore the suspension, chassis, brakes, and other critical components. This isn’t the case here, since the sultry Vette body is mounted on a brand-new Art Morrison GT Sport chassis.
Strange adjustable coilover shocks, an adjustable sway bar, power steering, and Wilwood brakes were installed to the chassis. As a result, it should be able to provide a current driving experience.
It also has a Vintage Air climate control system, an unique leather interior, electric windows, and even an integrated backup camera. This is a chic way to get out on the town without the hassles that come with owning a classic automobile.
This C1 Corvette Restomod will be auctioned off at Barrett-Pebble Jackson’s Beach 2022 event between April 7 and April 9. What do you think it’ll sell for in the end?
