Mahindra Scorpio N Deliveries To Start On September 26

Mahindra & Mahindra only recently launched the costs of the Scorpio N’s AWD and automated models, and bookings for the SUV will begin in India on July 30, 2022. The Scorpio N is currently being tested at authorised dealerships around the nation, and Mahindra’s official website also offers an add-to-car feature.

The Mahindra Scorpio N will be available for purchase in six- and seven-seater versions, with prices ranging from Rs. 11.99 lakh to Rs. 23.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Mahindra has additionally stated that it plans to roll out 20,000 units overall by December 2022 and that it will prioritise deliveries of the highest-spec Z8L model based on customer request.

Mahindra’s SUVs like the Thar and XUV700 attract a long waiting list due to supply chain, logistical, and chip shortage concerns. It would be interesting to observe how Mahindra manages the production as the Scorpio N is anticipated to receive favourable initial reviews. It should be noted that the Scorpio N’s introductory prices are only good for the first round of reservations, which consists of 25,000 units.

The prices will be hiked following the completion of bookings of the first batch. Customers can select the trim levels, engines, gearboxes, and paint schemes they want using the Add to Cart function, and they have two weeks to change their minds. New ladder frame chassis serves as the foundation for the Mahindra Scorpio N.

The former can generate up to 203 PS of maximum power, while the latter can generate 175 PS. Both powertrains are connected by either a six-speed torque converter AT as the standard transmission or a six-speed manual transmission.

The 4WD configuration is an option for the diesel models. Regarding features, the Mahindra Scorpio N has an electric sunroof, a driver seat with six electrically adjustable positions, six airbags, automatic climate control, LED headlamps, and much more. It also has an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
