Mahindra Scorpio-N User Manual Leaks Ahead Of Launch In India

Mahindra revealed the upcoming Scorpio N as the “Big Daddy of SUVs,” and its appearance in the reveal piqued the interest of Indian SUV enthusiasts. The crucial information about the SUV leaked while they were waiting for its official launch.

As per the leaked info, the Scorpio-N is said to be 4,662mm long, 1,917mm wide, and 1,870mm tall. It has a wheelbase of 2,750mm. This means that the Scorpio-N will be 206mm longer and 100mm broader than the current Scorpio, but 125mm shorter in height. The wheelbase has also been extended.

As far as the leaked features are concerned, the SUV gets auto start-stop, cruise control, dual-zone climate control, type-C USB ports for the first and second row, traction control, two different instrument console configurations, push-button start-stop on higher variants, and a wireless phone charger.

Furthermore, the Scorpio models with four-wheel drive (4WD) will have a shift-on-the-fly 4WD system with a dial on the centre console to adjust between four-high, four-low, and four distinct driving modes.

The homegrown automaker is likely to offer the all-new Scorpio-N with two powertrains: the 2-litre turbo mStallion petrol engine and the 2.2-litre turbo mHawk diesel engine. Both engines will be available with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. All the required details, including power and torque figures, will be disclosed by Mahindra with the launch of the SUV on June 27, 2022.
