Maruti Suzuki has raised the cost of the Swift hatchback, effective April 12, 2024. We now have the new pricing list, and the model has seen a hike of up to Rs. 25,000 depending on the version.
The Maruti Swift’s VXi, VXi AMT, and VXi CNG variants have each increased in price by Rs. 15,000. All other variations of the car now attract a Rs. 25,000 premium over the previous cost. The Swift is now priced between Rs. 6.24 lakh for the base LXi model to Rs. 9.28 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).
The Maruti Swift is powered by a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine with five-speed manual and AMT transmissions. There is also a CNG version available in the mid-spec VXi type. Customers can select from ten different colour options.
The Swift’s price was increased twice this year; the first revision was made in January and included a possible increase of Rs. 5,000. The business plans to launch the new-generation Swift in the country early next month, and unofficial reservations for the car are already begun.
