Alcazar diesel and Safari are available with a 6-speed AT or 6-speed manual transmission.

But a 7-speed DCT is an optional feature for the gasoline-powered Alcazar. The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar is a three-row SUV on a Creta platform that comes with a long list of features and a choice of diesel or turbo-petrol engines. The Alcazar’s aggressive price allows it to undercut the Tata Safari by a substantial amount, almost Rs 6 lakh for the top-spec model. The Alcazar offers a more comfortable rear seat experience than the Tata SUV thanks to its retractable cup holders, tray tables, and wireless phone charger.

On the other side, the Tata Safari costs more but comes with a number of extra features over the 2024 Alcazar, including as a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen that allows wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and a motorized tailgate with gesture control. The Tata SUV has a more potent diesel engine even if there isn’t a petrol engine available. Furthermore, the Safari has a smooth ride, minimizing cabin movement over uneven terrain.
