Tata Motors has raised safety standards for Indian vehicles over the past few years. One of the few manufacturers with three vehicles receiving a 5-star safety rating. Good safety ratings have been given to even entry-level vehicles. Recently, information about a serious Tata Tigor accident has surfaced. A large tree fell on a Tata Tigor that was travelling down the road, as seen in the video. The right side roof was damaged, but the passengers made it out unharmed. Only minor injuries were sustained by the driver. In New Delhi, this incident took place close to Rajendra Place. The tree was located in the road’s divider section. Rain likely caused damage to it, which eventually caused it to fall. Despite carrying such a large load, the car’s design prevented serious injury to the occupants. This is yet another illustration of Tata cars’ high level of construction.

Auto-headlights, rain-sensing wipers, push-button start/stop, keyless entry, automatic air conditioning, and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are additional features. The cost of the Tata Tigor ranges from Rs. 5.79 lakh to Rs. 8.41 lakh (ex-showroom). Six options are available: XE, XM, XZ, XZ+, XZ, and XZA+. It goes up against vehicles like the Honda Amaze, Hyundai Aura, and Maruti Suzuki Dzire.
