2019 Mustang GT Crash – It’s A Sad Day for Owner

Since strong EVs are becoming more widely available and more affordable, it won’t be long before many people can afford to buy a car with more than 400 horses under their right foot. We live in a time when horsepower is more accessible than ever before. But if there’s one thing the lengthy history of Ford Mustang drivers wrecking their muscle cars can tell us, it’s that not everyone can drive a car with a lot of power.

Over the years, we’ve seen so many films of Mustang drivers colliding with their cars, it’s almost become expected and is no longer alarming. This specific clip demonstrates once more how careful you must be to enjoy yourself in a pony car.

Given its unusual front and back fascias, loud engine, and exhaust noises, the Mustang in this video appears to be the highly sought-after GT350R. It is one of the best Mustang variations created recently, and anyone who has driven a GT3350R would attest to that, making this occurrence all the more tragic.

The opening scene of the video features a black Mustang GT leaving a car show without incident. The driver of the black Mustang GT350R couldn’t help but want to pin the throttle as the vehicle turned onto the road. Things quickly take a turn for the worse when, unable to control the wheel spin, the driver appears to overcorrect and forces the muscle car into a spin. The driver jumps on the brakes but it wasn’t enough to stop the car from sliding up the curb and slamming into a power pole.

It would have been natural for the GT350R to sustain some wheel and suspension damage in the collision, especially on the driver’s side. The driver, however, continued to go away from the scene of the collision and into a motel parking lot, where they most likely examined the damage.
