Would you drop $139,000 on a used Rivian R1T Launch Edition electric pickup truck?
Yes, the floodgates are about to open. Used Rivian R1T models are selling for absurdly high prices, according to new owners. In the midst of severe inflation and global crisis, it may be difficult to pass up the opportunity to benefit from the new electric pickup truck.
Not to mention the fact that the global economic climate, as well as their own financial status, may have been substantially different when some of these R1T reservation holders placed their original orders.
The first pre-owned R1T we posted appeared to sell very instantly. It was priced for $139,900, but we don’t know how much it went for. There was a lot of curiosity after we shared the information, and the Rivian electric vehicle listing was quickly removed from the internet.

Only a few days ago, we told you about another R1T Launch Edition that’s going for $150,000. The seller stated that they will not respond to offers that fall below the threshold. The electric pickup, on the other hand, will be sold to the highest bidder. Given that the listing is still active, it’s possible that asking for at least $150,000 and pitting people against one another wasn’t the best idea. However, we’re willing to bet that if the owner is serious about selling the R1T, it will.
We’ve now learned of a third R1T Launch Edition for sale, this one with only 400 miles on it. It’s worth noting that the two trucks before it had 133 and 35 miles on them, respectively.

So, this one has seen a bit more activity, though it’s probably not notable. In addition, the R1T in this Craiglist listing is priced at $139,000, which probably means those interested in the previous offer may compete for this one instead.
