Royal Enfield motorcycles come with that characteristic roaring exhaust note that people have come to appreciate since time immemorial.

This video is a great vibration test for both the old and new RE Classic 350. People now choose the Classic 350 for its precise loud and thunderous exhaust note and high vibration. However, some owners find it too difficult to tolerate for an extended period of time. Recognizing this, Royal Enfield has toned it down slightly for its newer models, but it is still present in sufficient quantities to maintain the iconic roar that people have come to associate with Bullets.

For the test, the YouTuber positions the two models side by side. In addition, he places three glasses of liquid in the same position on each bike. This applies to the fuel tank, the rider’s seat, and the pillion seat. His friend starts the new RE Classic and gives it a throttle on the first try. To ensure that this is a fair test, he presses the accelerator lever for an extended period of time. The glasses, on the other hand, feel the vibration but remain in place and do not move. This is a huge testament to the level of refinement that RE has attained.

Then they switch to the old model and repeat the test. The glasses on the fuel tank and pillion seat fell almost instantly in this case. They didn’t have to go very fast. In addition, the glass on the rider’s seat moves but does not fall. This is the type of vibration that came with the old Classic 350 model. This is what the RE owners desired, but it could be inconvenient on long journeys. As a result, it has been reduced slightly in newer versions.
